phbengo Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the phbengo website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the phbengo Platform.

phbengo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phbengo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the phbengo Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations for casino-style gambling activities;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of phbengo, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the phbengo Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.

phbengo employs mandatory age verification procedures. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or bonuses are released. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full features of the phbengo Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on phbengo. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbengo login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phbengo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

phbengo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your phbengo account, whether or not you authorized those activities.

phbengo reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

phbengo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the phbengo cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your phbengo account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phbengo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phbengo processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page. phbengo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Anti-Money Laundering: phbengo is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phbengo may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

Funds held in your phbengo account do not accrue interest. phbengo is not a bank and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any regulated financial institution.

phbengo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all phbengo bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all regions;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus;
• phbengo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• phbengo reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions. It is the player's responsibility to check the phbengo promotions page regularly for current offers.

All games available on the phbengo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

phbengo uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time via live video stream. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the phbengo system, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phbengo will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, phbengo's decision on the outcome shall be final. phbengo shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed at a given price will be honored at that price unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing error, in which case phbengo reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbengo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phbengo Platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbengo staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

phbengo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. phbengo provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phbengo account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phbengo Platform.

phbengo reminds all players that gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek help immediately.

phbengo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phbengo Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phbengo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under strict data processing agreements. phbengo may also disclose personal data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbengo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phbengo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbengo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbengo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You may close your phbengo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

phbengo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phbengo may withhold any balance pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phbengo's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phbengo will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

phbengo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the phbengo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
